Doing the Will of the Heavenly Father, Tong Lee

I am a first term trainee in the Full-Time Training in Anaheim. Before this, I was a practicing lawyer in Malaysia, married and with three children. I was saved and baptized in 1978 at the age of 12 and have been meeting with the local church ever since.

My desire to go through this spiritual training is that I will be perfected to become a vessel fit for the Lord's use. I realize that I need to be trained by the ministry in the way of life, truth, church service, the preaching of the kingdom gospel and character.

I view this training not for my own personal spirituality but to consecrate my entire future in doing the will of the Heavenly Father. It is our Father's will that the kingdom gospel be preached to the whole inhabited earth (Matthew 28:19). We have to co-operate with our Father in the spreading of the Lord's testimony through migration. After one term of the training, my family and I will be migrating to one of the European countries to fulfill the Lord's desire and to do His will.

I thank the Lord for the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. It is through their ministry that I have come to know God's intention and purpose. Today, God desires all men to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4)

It is through this ministry that I know the proper way to study the holy Word of God to bring people into the eternal economy of God, with the all-inclusive Christ as its center, the Body of Christ as the line that leads people to the consummation of the New Jerusalem as its goal, by the consummated life-giving spirit as the one who works out all that the Father has planned and accomplished through His son, Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:9-10, Colossians 1:17, Revelation 21:2, 1 Corinthians 15:45, John 17:4).

Therefore, what else is more glorious than to consecrate our entire being to do the will of our Father for the carrying out of His eternal plan? This is what the New Testament ministry is all about.
